Weekend sweat detox workout.

Breakfast 
This Shake is Bananas!
1 banana.
1 tbs peanut butter.
1 handful of ice.
cup and a half almond milk.
Blend it up and BAM! Best banana shake ever!

        Heres my Monday Runday treadmill workout.

  • 4.2 mp          5% incline          5 min.
  • 6.2 mp          2% incline          3 min.
  • 7.2 mp           2% incline          1 min.
  • 3.2 mp          10% incline         1 min.
                   Repeat 4 times
