Treadmill circuit

So my friend Stacy, we ran the ultra together. She does this killer treadmill circuit that is actually a lot of fun.  And we did it kinda together yesterday morning we except at different houses. But here's what I did.
Warm up 2 miles nice and easy.
Then got off and did this routine
1 set of dips
1 set of push press
1 set of crunches
Repeat twice for 1 mile
Then a 800 on the treadmill.
1 set kettle bell swings I don't have a kettle bell so I did a 5 pound weight.
1 set burpees
1 set mountain climbers
Repeat twice for 1 mile.
4 miles in total workout for me. I think she did 5.
It was great and it went pretty quick because I mixed it up so much.

Do you ever have crazy, blessed days??

Today was that crazy blessed day for us. It all began with some church basketball in the morning lots of fun an a great workout. With my good friend. Then taking my husband to get his wisdom teeth pulled. I dropped him off at 11 and told the front desk ladies to call me when they were done. They said it was going to be an hour hour and a half maybe. Well his top two had grown in with no problems it was is bottom two that were giving him problems and we knew that they needed out fast because of infection. We don't have dental but they gave us some money off if we paid cash. So we went that route 800$ was the deal for all four teeth! I know pricey right! But it had to be done. So we rounded up the cash and I was waiting for the phone call. I finally get it and the lady on the other line sounded hesitant and then told me the bad knews. They had got the two top ones out but not the bottoms and he needed to be rushed to a surgeon. I was confused and stressed. How much more was this goin...

Bleacher workout with the kids.

My husband had scouts last night so I took the kiddos on a bleachers workout with me.  It was cute to see my little guy go up and down the bleachers. I just feel so lucky to have my family. We have grown so much over the last year and a half. I love my kids. Being a stay at home mom has got to be the hardest thing I have ever done. Some days it tests everything in me especially my patients. But it's also the best thing I have ever done. It's amazing how much little people can teach you. I love to listen, to my kids point of view it's so sweet and innocent. And it gives me hope that there is good in this world. The bleacher workout went a little like this. Warmup round. Ran up and down all the stairs then came back did some stretches. Then did 3 rounds of hop scotch ups. Then did 2 sets of 10 dips. Then skip one down on steps 3 rounds. Ran all the stairs.  Repeat 4 times.  six pack promise workout in the middle of the field.  Then chased the kids back and forth across...

I love to see you succeed!
