Fit Mormon Mama

Today was that crazy blessed day for us. It all began with some church basketball in the morning lots of fun an a great workout. With my good friend. Then taking my husband to get his wisdom teeth pulled. I dropped him off at 11 and told the front desk ladies to call me when they were done. They said it was going to be an hour hour and a half maybe. Well his top two had grown in with no problems it was is bottom two that were giving him problems and we knew that they needed out fast because of infection. We don't have dental but they gave us some money off if we paid cash. So we went that route 800$ was the deal for all four teeth! I know pricey right! But it had to be done. So we rounded up the cash and I was waiting for the phone call. I finally get it and the lady on the other line sounded hesitant and then told me the bad knews. They had got the two top ones out but not the bottoms and he needed to be rushed to a surgeon. I was confused and stressed. How much more was this goin

Well today I was feeling a little down like just down. Well I think my husband noticed and decided to take us all on a hike to make me feel better. And it worked it wasn't really a hike but it was a walk up this road going up this mountain, so it pretty much could pass as a hike. Because I was dying a little my poor kiddos had a moment were they just wanted to be held and then Jasper was carrying Kira for a little bit. It was way cute. I can not believe how much Jasper loves his sister it is so cool to see them grow so close. I'm so greatful that they have each other. They are so different in so many ways but I think they just complete each other at the same time. It was just so touching to see them working together.  I love them so much. Jasper is just so sweet and caring and Kira is so much fun.  Paul is such a great dad and such a loving person. I appreciate him so much. He is just my other half.  On this hike today I have never made it to The top to see this really cool min

This weekend me and my husband took on a huge project. Refinishing my wood floors, I was so beyond excited!   I have been so sick of my floors they had just been so beat up and were such an eye sore. We had redone them before but the second time we were going to get it right! So we made a deal my husband would sand and I would stain. Well our front room is 400 sq. ft. And I think I was not all the way aware of our agreement. But I did it and it look so beautiful! Cardio ✔️  squats ✔️ Beautiful floor!! ✔️ Before  Sanded.  Me staining!! Lol  Now I just have to poly and do the kids room tomorrow! Yes!!! 

So I did an awesome treadmill workout/Circuit today that was pretty great. I know I will be feeling it tomorrow. That wasn't my first treadmill workout but I felt obligated to fit that in since this is a fitness blog.  Today  was a crazy awesome day.  I taught my very first joy school at my house. It's a preschool for 2 yr olds.  Pretty fun. I got my very first order from my etsy shop. And I got barfed on in a Joanns store While talking to a gal I haven't seen in forever. The things that happened to you when your a mom that humble you.  My poor girly.  I had no idea she was sick until she started projectile vomiting on me in the middle of the store. It was everywhere luckily, I wasn't in the middle of the fabric isle or I would have been purchasing some extra fabric.  I felt so bad and helpless. I kept saying I need some help over here! Trying to get the attention of a store employee. All the other moms were dodgeing me and dry heaving as they passed. . Tears were start

I Yesterday I did a whole lot of running around. Jasper had preschool then I helped a friend sand and stain her front room floor. But before I get into my excerise for the day I interrupts his prod cast for...... Wait for it...... PUPPIES!!!!❤️❤️❤️ My grand pups! My little Bruce is finally a father!!!! And he makes the cutest pups I've ever seen! I'm   so in love with all of them too! But we could   only choose one. So we chose this sweet little girl. The mom is in the upper left corner.  Okay okay! We aren't going to keep her she has to go to a new home but aren't they arorable!!??  Then I went on a night hike with a friend. It was fun and a little scary because I get scared of the dark. There I said if it's fine! Lol  I made her run up this. And she did a great job!  She found a cactus!
